I had some left-over projector fog lights (Blazer) from a retrofit project that never happened.

My SR5 didn't come with factory fogs, so I thought I would utilize the existing blanks for mounting options.

Used a hole-saw to reduce amount of Dremel work.

Take your time, test fitting until your happy with the fit.

Don't have a final pic, but I was able to get the Blazers to seat up to the base trim ring.

Sanded Factory Blanks, and mixed up some epoxy to secure the projectors.
Found this junk mail just for my Tacoma Brothers :)

Will add some silicone sealer/adhesive to the forward side of the blanks tomorrow.
Heres how they are currently sitting.

These Projectors aren't heavy, so I don't believe they will require additional support...guess I'll find out.

Awesome job man, I did a fog light retrofit with projectors from a ford fusion. I used shrouds though to cover the projectors since they were more oval then round. Looks good! Can't wait to see the finished product.

Before the epoxy step, I verified my light pattern was level against a wall...very important.

Also had to cut the projector housing tabs from them to fit the Tacoma opening.

Going to run some hid 880 bulbs, so I made up some aluminum ballast brackets.

Looks like I might even have a use for an old ford ranger relay/fuse box :)
