My first new vehicle (Longest INTRO thread)

Jrob in NC 2nd taco had a 11 at first then went to a 6 inch lifted ram gas truck, but just got a brand new 21 trd sport with eibach pro lift kit from dealer in silver sky for got how much I missed the tacoma life

 

First new car owner, bought this beauty mid January! '21 DCLB Sport

 

After some life changes I was able to come back to the truck life and after much debate went with this beautiful 2021 double taco. I’m looking forward to some adventures again.

 

Hey, Kyle from Charlotte, NC with a 2019 TRD On Road. This is my first Tacoma and I told myself I would keep it 100% stock.......... well, that lasted. Before some of y’all come at me sideways for my lift and offset, keep in mind I do not off road; hence the username.

I've got a RSI Smart cap coming, and am planning out my first mods. So much to do!

I fell in love with "Sam", my 2016 Tacoma SR5 the moment I saw him on the dealer lot. I had for years talked about getting a jeep, so much in fact, the day I was signing papers on Sam, the owner of the dealership came in and said, I thought you were buying a jeep (smiley face). That was almost 2 years ago, with just 26k miles on him I felt like I had just purchased a new truck. Fast forward to today - Sam just hit 60k, I do photography on weekends, so we do travel quite a bit, and love the dirt roads of Arkansas. I just found this group and there is so much information here, overwhelming with data... I did not know they are called 'Taco'... or the Toyoda decal ... I feel like such a newbie, a greenhorn... or whatever you want to call me. I have a great deal to learn and look forward to learning.

 

Hello everyone! I joined last summer but I have not been on since then. I have a 2013 Baja with 44,XXX miles, a 6" BDS lift and Road Armor Stealth front and rear bumpers. I am currently on 285/65/18 STT Pro's but I am going to buy some 16" wheels and some 285/75/16 BFG AT's.

Hello to all, and a big thank you to the community here. I have learned a lot and just got a 2020 OR DCLB. I think it's the perfect truck for me, and a terrible event for my bank account. I've already ordered sliders and skids, and a myriad of other items. Looking forward to earning my first dents!

 

Aloha from Ewa Beach, Hawaii. At 63 years old, I just bought my first brand new vehicle. Well, actually second, but the first one does not count because it was ours, not mine. I have wanted a truck pretty much all my life but had kids to haul around but now this grandma of 14 (tutu means grandma) has a 2020 Toyota Tacoma 4x2 sr Access Cab long bed 4 cylinder. Yep, I’m strictly on road driving and no towing but I’m a happy camper.

A bit late to the party, but back in October 2020 I bought my 1st Taco.

I have been doing a few small mods (chrome delete, Cali raised taillights, sequential turn signals, and a rtt), I am waiting on my skid plate and hoping to save for some new wheels and tires!

Now I am just looking to get out there and do some exploring. (Located in MD)

 

Just got a 2021 Tacoma Limited Nightshade edition. Ordered a TonnoPro Hard trifold cover and have to get tinting on the windows.

 

Tacoma 4wds are addictive ! at last count I have 3 of the buggers- a 1996, 2000, and 2017. can't seem to part with one when I get another. they're so dependable, they last forever. no other brand does that.

 

My first brand new vehicle!!! Ordered the OVtune software due to some normal issues with the shifting and gear searching. Other than that, I am more than stoked.

 

Officially bought my first car back in December 2020! Thanks mom and dad for letting me borrow a cheap car for so many years.
