    Hello!

    Just signed up for the forum but have been reading for a couple of years. This is my first new vehicle ever and am loving it. Don't know anything about maintenance, mods, and what nots... I usually leave that for my teenaged sons but they're growing up and doing their thing now. I figured I'd take a crack at some things - mainly maintenance, what's needed and what's not (wish I looked it up before the 30k one though... ugh). Have always liked working with my hands and how things work so hopefully that'll be helpful as I learn more.

    Hey everyone! Figured after recently reaching 5000 miles with the new truck, I might as well start posting! Picked up this 2022 TRD Off-Road in Lunar Rock back in March and she's been getting the special treatment ever since. I will say, the toughest part about owning this truck is trying to limit the mod purchases, but I guess there are worse things to deal with, right??

    You know, as much as I love Lunar Rock, I'm always jealous of the Cavalry Blue Tacos out there. Nice find!

    Hello everyone!
    Glad to see so many enthusiasts for Tacoma. My first one is down below two weeks old. Upgraded from a 2003 S10 that wouldn't die. Now I'm driving in a spaceship. Power windows, wow!

    Wow... old thread! I was going to tell the Op he has good taste and made the right decision getting the Radiant Red 07 Offroad but he hasn't posted on this thread for the last 104 pages. :rofl:

    It’s an introduction thread. I doubt the op had an inclination to post again. Imho.

    @OffroadToy
    I had a chance at a 2011 Tacoma but the wife actually talked me into a 3rd gen. How is your 2007?

    Been great. I bought it new... has 33,600 miles now. !00% rust free/paint is holding up good for 15 years. Just upgraded the suspension... rides awesome! The auto tranny shift smooth and have never noticed the "Tacoma tick" some mention here. Oil changes are easy with the filter on top...
    Edit: Late to the party but since this is a intro thread welcome aboard OP! :cheers:

    That’s pretty good. The 2011 in question had 3x the mileage as yours I’m happy I passed on it. Mine is good shape for a 3 year old truck no complaints. I turn the radio up when I hear the taco tick. Lol
