    mine was at a clemson tailgate. he had been working on them for 48 hours before they were grilled. they were steamed, baked, smoked, and marinated then thrown on the grill. when you grabbed the bone the meat fell off of it, you had to eat it with the fork. it was amazing

    for the record i hate texas and everyone in it (especially you) but i will concede to the fact that you probably have better BBQ down there and i'd love to get some. maybe i can go to one of the border states, stand on the edge, and have you hand me a plate over the state line so i dont actually have to step into texas to get it....

    I've heard great things about that place, but never been there. Lockhart, on the other hand, has two world class BBQ joints. Been to those.
