My first post

Hello everyone, I just purchased my first brand new vehicle! Feels good (except the payment part). I purchased a 2015 Tacoma SR5 Prerunner. It is the Pyrite Micah color which I was skeptical about at first but I now love it. I went to the dealership looking for the charcoal gray but they did not have any on the lot that I liked in that color. This was the closest color to it that they had so I jumped on it. I have big plans for it already but of course that takes a lot of money so it will be a slow process. I want a 3'' Rough Country suspension lift with 33" Toyo Open Country tires wrapped around the black TRD Pro stock wheels. I want a Yakima roof bar system on top. Tinted windows. I want the TRD Pro grill that says TOYOTA on the front instead of the Toyota emblem that I have now. I want some black tubular step bars on the sides and I have seen an aftermarket piece for the front bumper that removes the lower plastic piece and makes it winch mountable. and finally.... I want to add the factory LED running lights to the front like the XSP package comes with.

 

I own a commercial vinyl cutting machine so I made these and installed them. Made a big difference on the look. I know it's not a TRD sport yet but it will eventually have everything that they come with. Factory LED running lights are the first to be installed.

 

Congrats on the new truck, but please don't be one of those guys with imitating a TRD sport/off road. Just build it dude, lift etc.

 

Maybe save the mod money for a 4WD conversion

 

Thanks guys, I have had many 4x4's and the truth is I never use the 4 wheel drive system. I hate to get my truck dirty at all so it stays on the road. I just like the look of a 4x4. I traded my 2010 F-150 FX4 4x4 for this truck and I will probably never miss the 4x4 system. and USAFWX I know.... I have always been one to look down on people that imitate something they don't have especially with mustangs haha. I hate when someone puts a cobra emblem on a v6... but the sticker is just there for now. Ill probably remove it once I have the lift and everything but right now it just looks too plain jane.
