My first Tacoma

Hi,
I am brand new to TacomaWorld, and therefore I have recently bought a 2010 Tacoma SRS Access cab, v6. I really like it and I would like to put some mods on it besides the bull bar and single side step. I am currently deployed overseas away from my truck. I would like to get some good ideas so when I get back to the states I will have my mind made up of what needs to be done.
I do not have a shop to work in so I am limited on what I can do.

My ideas are for starters, I would like to upgrade the audio system:
-New head unit
-New door speaker
-A subwoofer, but I am really limited on room, I dont want window shaking, just to feel the bass

I blacked out the front emblem with plasti dip and it came out pretty well, I am wondering about blacking out all the badges, chrome trim around grille, and chrome rear bumper, and if possible the rims. I have seen alot of trucks that are completely blacked out, and I like that look.

Have any of you members done any of these mods? If so what do you think of them. Thanks for reading

 

Hi I waited two months for my new Tacoma Access 2.7 4x4 sr5 gray metallic. I picked up last Thursday I love it so far its a little bumpy went going over unpaved road.

 

Yea, unpaved roads are bumpy, makes me wish I had the trd package.
