    2016 Tacoma SR5 4X4 Access (2.7) Magnet Grey
I purchased my first Tacoma about 3 weeks ago and love it...it's a vehicle I've wanted to buy for many years. It's a 2016 SR5 Access 4x4 with the 2.7. Simply put, it's just fun to drive. I'll probably keep it stock. My 16 year old has talked me into doing some badge blackout here and there, which I don't mind...I'll admit it looks pretty cool.

The only thing that sticks out to me as being being peculiar, kind of a nuisance, is the temperature knob. It's very difficult to know at quick glance what the setting is...it's easier to know the setting in the dark since the indicator line on the knob lights up. I'm interested to know if anyone else has noted this, and if there is a simple modification (besides using a Sharpie) to make it visually more obvious.

One other thing I noted that's odd is the position of the defrost setting. It's around 7 o'clock on the dial, however, I have to rotate the knob clockwise to set it to defrost...logic has me always wanting to rotate the knob counter-clockwise to set it to defrost. Is it just me? I'll get used to it.

Anyways, I love it and always find an excuse to drive it.
