    Howdy folks,

    I am the proud new papa of my first taco - a 2023 metallic grey TRD Pro.

    I had attempted to purchase a 2023 white TRD OR Premium with OEM lift kit/skid plates back in July 2023, but there was a stop sale on the vehicle due to a recall (spiral cable assembly) which was released a couple of days before.

    After waiting for nearly 3 months with no remedy in site, I decided to look for another OR, saw this Pro at a local dealership, and within 36 hours, it's sitting in my driveway. It had just arrived before I went to view it, still wrapped in plastic, inside and out.

    I have an air compressor arriving today and will be hitting the local forestry service roads this weekend.

    I'm going to end this message so I can go for a drive.

    I’m up in Canada, Pacific Northwest.

    I’ll probably try some forestry roads first. There’s a local 4WD club that offers outings for newbies but I’ll probably get some sliders first.
