Yeah I checked, doesn't say model type it only gives me a model number. There's no SR5, TRD or sport written anywhere.
I only thought it was an SR5 because my sales women sent me a link to a discounted private flyer for select models, and said models were ALL SR5. But none of them had hood scoops either, so I'm taking their second screw up on this deal and running with it

Do you mind sharing what you paid?
Seems like you got a nice upgrade there. Is your truck 4 wheel drive?

Do you purchase new? If so, then it is a Sport. I have seen a used SR5 with all the sport upgrades so some could make it a poser. If you got push to start, then you are for sure in a sport.

    Yep, 4 wheel drive
I'm Canadian, original msrp was 44k CAD. They had to take off an additional 3400$ because their sales manager tried to swindle us in a weird charge that he didn't explain, so to get our business back (and to remove our Google review) that was the offer they put towards us, that we happily accepted
This is basically the truck that was originally advertised, I test drove a '17 model and selected black when it was finally done.

$33,500 US is a damn good deal for a Sport! So basically you did end up paying SR5 price then

    Yep, long bed it is!
You can see the placement for the fuel cap. Dead giveaway.

Congrats on the truck OP! I wish I would’ve had a steal like yourself. Now do yourself a favor and use what you saved for some upgrades:cheers:

First have to vote on who is doing independent study. By time debates are over. A couple trips to Supreme court. Then we will decide who members are going to be for study. I suspect official results after recount an certification of decision could be completed right after next presidential elections so it doesn't matter if any party or special interest is offended.

I thought the landscape looked familiar. Welcome.

There is really no SR5 in Canada. Sport double cab automatics also only come in long bed, Off Road double cabs only in short bed up here. And yeah the pricing is decent in Canada. I got my 2017 OR double cab auto for about $42,000 CAD which is ~ $31,700 US on the road including tax. But they increased the prices for 2018 quite a bit due to TSS.

Either way good to see another Calgarian on here.
