    well excited to buy my first truck and had to be a tacoma! dont know what else to say but just never fixed up a truck before and can use alot of help getting pointed to the right direction!

    i wanna get some A/T on the truck cause i can on putting a 3" lift on it and wanna know if a tire size 285/75R17 is big enough to get me clearance or do i have to go smaller!

    With 285's you will probably need to take off the front mud flaps and do some trimming. Check out some build threads or the white tacomas thread to get some ideas on what you think looks good.

    Yeah ive noticed that with the mudflaps they break anyway but i dont wanna do any trimming cause i could also go a bit smaller on tire size to a 275. Just sucks their so expensive!
