yea, i made sure that i always turned it off after i got up to temp. i just pryed the inside bottom corner up a little, then pulled it off with my hands

i see 2 "lock nuts" on the projector. im guessing i pull both off, put the projector in, screw the first one all the way, then use the other like a jam nut?

The best I recall, they will only go in one way, with the tabs on them. BTW, did you end up with DS2s or H1s?

i mean does the projector itself matter how its in the bolw? like is there a top or bottom to the projector? could i have it upside down? 90 degrees out? or does that even matter?

1 pos wire to pos battery
1 neg wire to neg battery
1 h4 plug gets plugged into your OEM headlight harness plug
1 pair of black/orange wires goes to your ballasts
1 pair of black/blue wires goes to your highbeam plug

yea i found a harness guide on their site.

but im looking at the new bulbs that go into the projector. im trying to figure out how they stay secure and tight, i think hat they left out some rubber washers or something for this. because right now, the bulb isnt staying tight at all

The porjectors should sit with cut off shield down when you mount them in the reflector bowl. As for the bulb there should be a metal ring that will go in behind the bulb then you can thread the locking ring on there and tighten it down.
