    It is a bit of a compound angle. I used a piece of test board held in the level position, and just eyeballed the angle and drew a line. after a few cuts and tweaks, I got it on the money and did my finish pieces. I used a Dewalt compound miter saw.

    So what is the part(s) that you used to level the attachment points? Is it homemade, delrin plastic? Or is it something commercially made?

    Hi Sir It is in the quote - Azak Deck material. Delrin plastic would be a fine alternative also. I made them myself using a compound miter.

    Everyone starts somewhere, and Zach’s first few prototypes looked different at the time..

    Looks almost like a Frontrunner or the Baja Utility.
