Did you order the xenon depot brand led or the Phillips? Pics of output once you get them installed please.

Bought Phillips for the headlights, just some plain ol XD cree bulbs for the fogs. Will do, should have them in this weekend.

Thanks for the heads up! I ordered a set for $200 after the discount. Not sure about the free shipping...there's never free shipping to Canada.

Just picked up my Philips LEDs toady. The install was easy since my hands are pretty slim. I could see having to remove the battery and washer fluid tank if you have big hands though. Now, if only it was dark so I could try them out...:playball:

So after some driving with these things, there's a bit more light scatter above the cutoff that I expected honestly. The problem is I didn't pay much attention to the stock bulbs and how much light was scattered above the cutoff, so I can't really say if it's worse or not. It may just be more noticeable due to the whiter light and how it makes things appear brighter and more vibrant. The colour kinda reminds me of the old silvania silverstars I had in my Corolla years ago. I have read some reviews that say the light output is patchy, and I can see what they mean. It's almost as if there is a spider web made of thin string laid over the headlight lens, casting a fine shadow that's mostly only noticeable while turning. I got used to it very quickly though and it doesn't really affect my ability to see the road, so it's not a big deal.
It's hard to compare to stock, because I really haven't driven at night much lately, since it's light out until about 9:00. I also usually drive with the fogs on whenever it's dark too.
Overall, these are bright as hell. Street signs are almost hard to look at. Pedestrians are practically glowing. I'm just worried I'm slightly blinding people.

Interesting review...I won't be able to test mine for awhile as they've been delayed due to a train derailment FML

You'll notice the splotchiness of the lights for a few days. It really bothered me at first too, but now I don't even notice it.

Yea, I stopped noticing it with the low beams pretty quickly. It's pretty cool how the highs turn on instantly too, even though I never noticed the slight delay with the original bulbs. I still think the light scatters quite a bit above the cutoff, but it's probably the reflectors being kinda shitty. I got flashed by people like once a week with the stock lights. Too bad they didn't upgrade to projectors during the 2012 refresh.

Sooo, another drive after dark tonight and I get flashed by like every tenth car. There just seems to be a lot of scatter above the cutoff when the low beams are on. Kinda disappointed. Here's a couple pics to show what I mean. First pic is the lows only, second is lows and new XB LED fogs, and third is the lows again.

Hmm, weird. Looks pretty well contained in the pics

Yea, I don't know. It has me wanting a retrofit though. I just didn't want to spend that much money.

I've had mine for over a year on a Pro which sits a little higher. I have never been flashed. Maybe you have it positioned incorrectly?

Yea maybe they need to be lowered a bit. I got flashed sometimes with the stock bulbs, so maybe they were never properly adjusted at the factory, which seems a bit odd.

You clearly have scatter above the horizon, right above your hot points on both sides.
