SC w/urd pulley, afe cai, URD LT's, TRD cat back. 375hp. Custom logos, tonneau cover, westin bar with piaa lights, aero force gauges, custom front air dam, Westin step bars.
I have a 2010 ccsb with the 4.0 with 35,000 miles. I installed a pair of aeroforce gauges that have a function of reading hp through the obd port. I don't claim the hp readings to be super accurate, but I tracked the improvement as I went. This is in Phx at 1600' elevation.

    1. With DTLT's, TRD catback, 14" vibrant resonator, AFE pro dry s filter in oem housing-233hp
96 degrees and dry. (for every 10 degrees cooler I have seen an additional 5hp)

    2. With TRD SC and the other items the same-307hp
    76 degrees, raining.

    3. With AFE CAI and the other items-336hp
78 degrees and 1 hour after raining, cloudy and a little humid

    4. With URD 2.85 pulley (6.6lbs boost) and the other items-357hp
    83 degrees and dry

I am guessing on a 60 degree cool night I might see 365hp? Without more weather info it's hard to know the exact adjusted elevation but it's interesting to see the gains. The gauge is referencing crank hp I believe and I'm guessing it's relatively close, with the first reading reflecting a close hp estimate for the mods and temps. I'm guessing at 70 degrees it might have read close to 245hp on #1 which would have been inline with estimates.

I plugged the front bottom hole on the AFE cai in an effort to keep the air charge as cool as possible and to prevent too much air and setting off a cel, as well as keeping the noise down. It certainly amplifies the sc whine, but unless you're really jamming on it the noise is bearable. The resonator helped remove the drone and get the exhaust noise back to almost near stock. The biggest surprise has to be the gains from the AFE cai, although I'm guessing 5-8hp were gained just by having drier weather from test #2 to test #3.

Once firebird raceway is open I'll make a trip there to see if it will get into the mid 14's. As for now I am done with performance mods. Just need to get the Sat radio working.

I might add...with all mods and the same style of driving (easy) I get about 1 mpg less. Towing a 3500 trailer is much easier and will hold on the cruise at 68mph without much downshifting and a little better fuel economy all things equal, but MUCH better passing ability.

Do a dyno pull at night time then post the pics.

I'll be happy to post 1/4 mile results when/if I do that, but it's not worth the $250 cost to do a dyno pull to me.
