Me...."im dropping them in the box like instructed, and im tired of looking incompetent, can I hand them to u personally"?

Her "no, ur not incompetent.....u can staple them together and hand them to XXX from now on tho".

Me "I know IM not incompetent, and I thought the mailbox outside was for turning them in".

Her..."o it is but I dont know who gets them or wut happens to them".

Well fuck.....shouldnt they backtrack shit to the idiot who keeps losing shit?!

Few days ago .........so.....1440 today. Client rolled ankle..... I called super to report and have her call me back with protocol...... I and other helped him/her to breakroom, took his/her shoes off, compared.... nothing notable.

Made him/her stay in breakroom with foot elevated, used his/her own ice pack and brace... (I cannot apply anything myself). Super calls.... "I just spoke with XXXX, and they want him/her to stay there, they wont be picking him/her up, he/she sometimes embellishes his/her pain.

2hr observation note (some of u will get that).....
Took off brace, compared ankles..... holy fuck he/she grew a golfball!!!!
Client pain scale 10 out of 10..... minor grimace.

Call super to advise.....sent pics to super.......no reply.

Approx 1hr later I call super.... left voicemail. "Can I drop off xxxxx at his/her door, they are in a lot of pain....please call me back or send me a text.

Half hour and I get nothing..... time to leave......get to their designated dropoff site after another half hour and no text or call.

Obviously we took client to their door.... rules state we arent supposed to... fuck u, fire me....I have a heart.

All because some meeting was probably more important than the health of this client..... ironically I heard it was ....
A: about safety
B: ended before my shift ended so I never heard a word of the actual meeting but client safety and well being should trump ANY meeting..... shame on you

Hires landscape crew to take care of office....... why not use OUR groundskeeping crew?

Convo on tuesday..... boss- "go ahead and use the gray trashcans that we are supposed to be using and dont tear bags, I gotcha".

Boss-Today..... "use old trashcans, tear bags, dont use the new ones that are easier and were bought with tax payers dollars"......

Me- Only response "fine fuckit im not helping anyone with trash....1 client needs help on fridays but the coach refuses to help her.....so the rest of us will deal with the crap cans"........

Boss-"But ......but.... I talked to......"

Me "no dude..... im fucking done... I dont care...... im over it"

 

Same day ......Found purse and wallet in breakroom drawer..... why dont they tell me this shit? Called bank and left my info in case girl wants her purse back..... locked in my locker.

I work with idiots..... and I mean the staff, NOT clients

 

Last week again.......Miss work for a day and stay home for 3 in a row...... get blamed for shit being changed on ur time off.
Supposed threats of complaining to my boss and bigger boss for shit I wasnt even here to do.

I dont know how this is gunna play out when I see this person again.... luckily if I throw him against a wall, its not a client.

 

All this rest stop, garbage cans, and clients talk has me wholly confused.

Last month........Sociopath client: "Im going in with an attitude tomorrow at my meeting and im gunna cut the meeting short....they are just gunna slap me on the wrist because im a check to them anyhow".

Yup.... cuz we made u steal shit and cuss out your boss........

Usually tokens dont know they are a token.... but when they do, they are about as wonderful as a hot chick who KNOWS she can get anything she wants.

College: "Hey. We're sorry to inform you that you cannot further your secondary education without taking the SAT first. It is a prerequisite before applying to college."

Me: um. You accepted me years ago.

College: yes.

Me: I registered for class every semester.

College: yes.

Me: I graduated.

Voicemail just now "blah blah blah, I need ur timecard today so we can get paid on time if u can turn it in before u go out to the site that would be great thank u". Same shit 2 weeks ago.

Well shit, office is closed sundays, they have already lost one of mine, they have lost my clients timings, they have lost incident reports, they have lost my partners time card, its taking 3 months and counting for them to get wiper blades on the van, 2 months for tires, 3 months and counting for an oil change thats 10k miles past due.

Yeah, sorry I dont turn shit in without making my copies and im not coming in early to make those copies or turn them in either.

 

Last month.......

no lights, no heat........its 5pm and dark, 60 degrees...... working with 2 girls who are cold....... boss says tough shit stay there. These are developmentally disabled people, have a fucking heart!
