Yeah, I know that, mine just doesn't have a "music" screen. I noticed yours is JBL, that may be the difference. Thanks!

Yes, the plastic wheel guide will hit. If you want to drop the tail gate all the way, you will need a hitch extender or dropper

Love your build and write up. What made you switch out from Prinsu roof rack to the Up TOP Overland?

wind noise for what I put up there was horrible. Shook the truck. Plus UTO is also in Colorado and is only 15 min away. Basically I’m in the sweet spot: equidistant from UTO and R4T.:cool:

What kind of beam do those Bajas have? I just got some Rigid D-SS Pro side shooters with a flood beam, but I’m kind of debating to either sell them or trade for some Baja Designs Squadrons.

Judging by raw lumens, the Rigid D-SS pods have 5,544 according to the Rigid Industries website. I’m currently in doubt simply because most guys here prefer Baja over Rigid.

    lol

Texas requires DV plates to have “DV” in the plate number somewhere. Even the custom ones.

they are the driving/combo beam pattern. But the BDs can switch out the lens plate to go from spot to D/C to wide cornering, I believe. Or convert to white/amber.

They have about 4600 lumens. They almost doubled the output of the CaliRaised ones I had on there first.

Really cool build man, thanks for the wiring and Pelican mounting write ups, very helpful. What's next on the mod list? :rocket:

Still waiting on my BD S8 lightbar to come in. Then will finish trying to figure out how to wire it.

After that, I'll probably start saving for a front bumper/winch/30" BD light bar combo.

I was leaning towards SSO Slimline with Stage 2 lateral wings but I keep checking out Saint's Offroad Alpha bumper. Sooper clean. :)

Still working the electrical. Been caught up with work.

Good news though! The taco will be heading to Vail for a few months just in time for MTB season!

Here is the initial test figment of the PowerTray.

I will still reroute some cabling and will bring the current positive/negative wires through the Blue Sea panel. But so far, the tray and Blue Sea passed my circuit test.

    More to follow soon...

Wired the @Baja Designs Squadron Pro ditch lights and @CaliRaisedLed bumper bar into the PowerTray. Switches working good, too.

“Burn Ya Bastard” switch being repurposed for the @Baja Designs S8 light bar whenever it manages to get here.
