I can't believe no one mentioned the homemade snorkel mod. Wth guys? This is second only to the exhaust turbo on hp gains. If you run it in the cab for fresh air watch out if using the turbo. Shit will rip your clothes off its so strong.

Too poor to list anything interesting.
Running boards will help make the truck more aerodynamic, which will save on MPG and increase HP. Plus, they're just as strong as sliders.

Yay first post! Ok moving on... Regarding the topic of your kings sucking because they're too soft. There are nothing wrong with the shocks you most likely need stiffer springs to compensate for the bumpers you have on there. If thats not the problem then get them re-valved to be a little stiffer. I believe you get 2 free tuning sessions/rebuilds if you bought the shocks from them or an official vender. definitely don't throw them away because they are the best on the market, however if are going to throw them away please let me know so i can take them from you :D

Busted CV boots and lots of squeaks.
Have you tried to put the exhaust up out of the bed behind the cab yet? I think you may need to put about an 8" stack. Might help with the squeak and downforce.

*also adds +15hp* There was a guy at my work who did this with PVC pipe on a gas burning F-150, and that truck would fly. I can't imagine what it would do to the TACO.

Have you tried stacking Spacers... Like 2-3 2" spacers up front and then taking a second set of leaves upside down in the back so they are set up like an Oval. You should get maximum lift and can hold more weight with more double the springs.

i dont remember if it has been discussed in here yet (and dont care to go back through all of these great sugguestions) but have you tried stickers? i know that everyone knows they add HP but i believe they also have other benifits upto but not limited to: better ride, higher payload, quiter cab and louder exhaust (i still dont know the magic behind that) better stereo sound, colder ac and hotter heater and much more
