Update. Problem solved. I pulled the Blue DRL relay in the engine bay (the small box next to the big box). All is right with the world.

My truck is from CANADA. :canada::canada::canada:

2016 limited. I’d like to be able to turn these LED DRL’s off when in the “O” position.

Anyone have a mod for this?

    this and that...
maybe its different for 2016. my 2019 says off or something to that extent in that position; turns even the dtrls off. i like using that when i want that stealth look.

2017 Limited here. The "Mod" is to just keep on turning . . .
    Turn down past "Auto" ;)

A relay and a push button switch in the cab will do the trick. If you need me to draw it up, pm me

Isn't there an option in the entune radio that says "DRL on/off"?

My truck is Canadian. Maybe that’s the problem, eh?

Yea that is the issue. It’s mandated by the government here that all vehicles have DRLs at all times, so we get no DRL off option.

Look in the option when the truck is NOT running.

So I can’t turn my DRL’s off and I can’t change my climate controls from Celsius to Fahrenheit. Any other Canadian quirks that you know of?

Tried this, same as when the truck is running.

In Canada, drl is required to be on. In USA, it’s optional. If I’m wrong then I’m wrong.

You have a low washer fluid light if that makes you feel any better.

Try starting your truck with the park brake on.

Yes... You have to drive back many kilometers to Canada to fill up with litres of gasoline!
