Are they poly bushings? If so, it's part of the deal. You get a firmer bushing, good for off-road and racing applications, but they will make noise. If you are looking for a good street set-up, good old rubber is a much better bushing choice.

When propperly greased, the poly bushings should be silent.

Im gonna go out and mention one other thing that I think it could be from what's already been mwntioned- Sway bar bushings. I'd try hitting them with a bit of silicone and see if the sound goes away. if it does, then i'd unbolt them and coat them with a little bit heavier grease as a long term solution.

I have an OME lift and have been very happy with it. Basically no squeaks, rattles, anything. Once in a while i'll get a little creak offroad from something under the passenger side of the truck, but its seldom and not very audible unless you're outside the truck.

thanks for the input. So I will have my guy look at sway bars and everything else under there to regrease. Do yall think he cut corners with lubing up parts on the install, or do these things just happen? If I had spent the extra cheddar on Total Chaos would I not be dealing with it?

Turns out that the issue was in fact with the sway bars. Apparently the larger springs didnt give the sway bars enough room to flex. The OME kit from toytec has a part for that, though it didnt come with it. They said it would be a couple of weeks waiting on it, so the guy at my shop just fabricated a similar part to give the sway bars more room. So now I have a sweet lift with no squeaking! Thanks for the tips, guys.

Energy suspensions has a very thick, very tacky, waterproof lube for poly bushings that is excellent for long term squeak reduction. Ive used it in past projects and it has never let me down. Lithium grease and others will eventually dissipate and the squeak will return.
