I installed a lift on my tacoma about a couple weeks ago and I barely decided to post about it. I ordered a set of fabtech coilovers and only the coilovers. Since I'm 2wd. I didn't want a full lift kit front and rear. I like the "prerunner" look so I wanted it to be nose high. I have a limited amount of time in my Auto class and I forgot to measure the distance between the center of the hub and top of the fender and just installed the coilovers with them bottomed out. So for about a week I was below stock height. At the start of last week I started compressing the coilovers to lift the truck. I leveled it and left it like that for about a week. Just today I started compressing the coils more and left the drivers side coilover at 25 threads and the passenger side on 24. She is sitting nose high right now and I like how it looks. The first picture of her on the ground is when she was about level. 20150929_124947.jpg 20150929_124939.jpg 20150917_145844.jpg

I like the "bro" rake lol. And since I'm 2WD. I didn't want to match the rear to get everything evened out. I need an alignment soon though. While getting an alignment, I was thinking of putting some bfg All-Terrain T/A KO2s. I just need to call around to see where I get a better deal.
