My lift says to have a backspacing 4.5" .. The wheels I'm looking at are 4.5" backspacing but it says -24 mm offset dose that mean anything or should I Just worry about the 4.5" backspacing will this wheel work ok

Don't worry about offset, just backspacing. With 4.5" BS, -24mm is a 10" wide rim. Why are you wanting to run such a wide rim? What size tires are you planning on?

Here's some comparo's for you regardless of wheel diameter:

    10" wide, 4.5" BS= -24mm offset
    --------, 5" BS= -12mm offset

    9" wide, 4.5" BS= -12mm offset
    --------, 5" BS= 0mm offset
    --------, 4" BS= -24mm offset

    8" wide, 4.5" BS= 0mm offset
    --------, 5" BS= +12mm offset
    --------, 4" BS= -12mm offset
