So the high/low beams only have to do with the harness? The bulbs dont have to be high/low bulbs? Even though I know its a magnet that pulls the light up and down.

Correct my friend, the HI/LO work with the harness. The bulbs do not have hi/lo built in. The harness moves the projector motor up and down.
