Technically speaking, the TRD Pro should not have a decal on the bedside at all from the factory. There are TRD Pro bedside decals that are available as a port- or dealer-installed option, but the truck doesn't come with any from the factory.

The parts catalog for TRD Pro bits in general is a bit odd, because some TRD Pro things are factory, and many are not. The trucks come from the factory a certain way and then get modified before being delivered to the dealer. For instance, TRD Pros typically leave the factory with steel wheels which are then changed out before going to the dealer. There is a bit of an odd thing on the beside decals, they list the TRD Off Road decals as being included on the 2020 6MT TRD Pro.

No idea why, no idea from which factory, no idea.

In any case, it definitely seems to be happening. If you get a TRD Pro with the bedside decals, you can just pull them off and all will be well. You're not supposed to have anything there anyway. Free stickers!
