    thanks for the recommendation. once i get the 4wheeler paid off i might have to order me one...

    by the way, do they recommend using the oiled filter at a certain time of the year or the dry one whenever or what? if it were me id run the dry one to avoid having to clean and oil every so often

    I have no idea, but i'd change to the dry one and put the prefilter on when going off road or just dirty roading :)

    My $0.02 - don't rip me guys I ran this filter 1 year went to the drop in.

    -2mpg and - some torque + some growl and loud drown at hwy speeds.

    If you like it cool, I'd go with the URD and remap if I did it again.

    Just some info I just found, useful at least for me

    When or how often should I clean my filter?

    We recommend that you follow the manufactures recommended service schedule. You can find that in your vehicle owner’s manual. Once you reach that mileage mark, take a look at the filter. If you can still see the aluminum mesh on the filter then it is still ok and does not need to be cleaned. Check the filter every other oil change. When it gets to the point where you cannot see the aluminum mesh on the filter anymore, then it is time to clean the filter. You should clean the filter around the 25K - 30K mile mark under normal conditions. In extreme dusty or dirty environments, you should check more frequently. Over cleaning the filter will shorten the life of the filter and reduce its filtration efficiency. Accumulating some dirt actually helps the filtration.

    Great deal! I just ordered mine, but I don't think it came with the Pro Dry S filter as well. Can you tell me the part number of the pro dry filter? I may get one for mine as well.

    I got the Stage 2 intake from eBay for $300, plus it has a $25 rebate, so $275 total shipped. But then again, it doesn't come with the recharge kit, the prefilter, or the pro dry filter, so the deal you found is better I think. Mine should be delivered tomorrow, I'm stoked to get it installed!

    Got my AFE Stage 2 CAI installed last night and I love it. Drove about 150 miles with it today and I'm definitely getting 1-2 mpg better than I was previously according to my scangauge. I plan on checking it manually several times to see if there's really any improvement. I really don't notice much difference in the sound until I get on it to pass somebody, then it really comes to life. Definitely a little peppier, and the roar when you get down on it sounds great. This is a great CAI and very easy and straightforward to install! :thumbsup:
