    thinking about tinting my headlights... how dark would you go if you had this truck..

    Welcome from SoCal! Don't think I would darken the headlights at all. Less light output and, from a legal standpoint, could make you more liable in the event of an accident. Just something to think about before you do it:)

    i would not recommend tinting your headlights, although it may look cool, it will hinder your light output ALOT and i know some states is illegal. like mentioned above, do the Black Headlight Mod (BHLM), its time consuming but not hard, just take your time and be patient. here is the link for prob the best write up for the mod http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/lighting/65226-how-black-head-light-mod.html

    thanks for the comments i went with black halos instead of the tint, Very pleased. I haven't installed hid conversion kit yet. How bright and what brand should i install?
