Custom tube bumper and sliders, ultimate 3' lift,
It was finished at 6am this morning, so the design turned angry around 2am, but even in the morning light i am super excited with the results.

All i need now is to prime, paint and weld on some mounts for the fog lights.

Cap off the tube ends with welded round plates or even plastic caps, to prevent rusting.

Ends are plated and rounded off, there are holes also drilled into the lower bumper grill Steel plating. Tow points with clevises have also been installed capping the lower bumper to the frame mounts.

thanks for the input people. I need to coat it still. I purchased that dura-color bed liner with kevlar, and zink primed and painted up my sliders but they have begun to peal and i am not impressed.

    Thoughts....

My original (in avatar) hugged a deer on the freeway and he exploded with love. The bumper saved the truck and with the insurance money (for the bumper) , friend and I were able to build this one last night.
