I'll post a full side view tomorrow once I get my decals back on. I noticed after I put on the wheels that it was needing some more aesthetics to add to the look. It's a work in progress.

Well, I have plans within the next couple of months of going through Relentless Fab and adding a front/rear plate bumper. I figured I would hydro dip my recovery shackles on both front and back with the same camo pattern. The bumpers themselves will be done with a black powder coat with a wrinkle finish. I'm still trying to figure out what I'm going to do with my front grille+toyota logo.

It's all paint my friend. It's also clear coated with a finish that they put on football helmets for durability. If you're curious about the durability, google: Hydro Graphics Incorporated. They're a company here in Oregon that does all the custom work for the Oregon Ducks football helmets.. They're a very reputable company.

Well, as you can see, the wheels are actually OEM wheels off a 2008 4Runner. I got four used wheels(in excellent condition) for $350. The hydro dipping per wheel was $75, and, the center caps was an additional $30 per cap for the intricate detail(it was tricky for them to mask that Toyota emblem). So, just to customize the wheels is cost me $450. I'm $900 into these wheels.. That's only because I had to buy another set of wheels to customize to still be able to drive on my current wheels(which they're going to be powder coated black with the center logo white)

This wasn't a "DIY" kit my friend. This was done by a company that has a major contract through NIKE and they do the Oregon Ducks & TCU's football helmets. They should be able to withstand a lot of abuse. I have a few camping/4wheelin trips planned here within the next couple months so I'll keep you'all posted on how they hold up.

I have a 100% GUARANTEE(in writing) that this camo will not fade(for the life of the wheel) do to the clear coat being UV protected. Trust me, I did A LOT of research before I finally committed to this project. This has been a year in progress for me.

I have two rough months of camping coming up. I'll be sure to keep everyone informed on how these guys are holding up. But, from what I can feel and tell, I'm not going to have any issues(baring me grinding a boulder or what have you ;)

Sounds good then man. Seems like you got it done right and it will be cool to see what else you get done camo on this truck. Some of the TRD stickers and tacoma emblems in camo would look good too.

Thank you! I was going for an original look. I also wanted to save money. That's why I customized the 2008 4Runner wheels(Completely compatible with the 2008 Tacoma). I loved the look. Only thing I don't like about Toyota OEM Wheels, is the FUCKING PLASTIC Center caps... Oh well! I'll live with it. They wheels turned out great. Center caps just cost me an additional $120.

Well, I don't know what they clear coat quad wheels with, but, these wheels seem to be pretty damn durable(Hydrographicsinc.com).. I'll keep you posted how these wheels hold up after my bachelor party here in Oregon. There's going to be about 30 of my closest friends and family camping here in the NW. 4x4's+Guns+Explosives= a true test of durability ;)

No. I'm in Troutdale. I'm glad to see their product has reached Bend. They told me they have done a lot of work on the west side of Portland. I haven't seen anything on the east side and I have lived here for about 5years.

As I'm a firm believer in TRD products(the ones that need recognition that is), I'll never badge my truck with a "TRD" sticker. I say that because TOO MANY fools buy these Trucks with that "STICKER" thinking that they're getting something special. When us knowledgeable Tacoma owners know that sticker means dick shit.

Thanks for the compliment man.. This look is not for everyone.. But, at least I did it right in being tasteful and having it done right.. I'm already getting a bunch of flack from the old lady.. That's alright, I didn't want her driving my truck anyways ;)

Your $.02 is appreciated.. I think that opinion will change within the next month or two when I add some more contrast to the body.. As it stands, I will be the first one to say that these wheels would look better on a black or green Tacoma.. With that said, I'll make the white look TITS.. Just give me some time ;)

SO TRUE! Mine has yet to learn the manual stick shift.. I intend to keep it that way too. She's getting a '11 4Runner here pretty soon anyways.. And it's an AUTOMATIC(Trail Edition).
