That looks awesome, but would'nt the emblem cause a structural weak point in the bumper? I'm not trying to piss in your wheaties, but looking at it threw up a red flag for me.

no piss in the wheaties, i am stoked about this thing. lol
great question, it depands on the driver, i am 36 years old and most
of my wild ass hairs are long gone.
i am sure, if i hit something the right way, that could be the weak link in the chain so to speak. there is one thing you have to understand though,
this steel is very, very thick. it would take a pretty jagged object, at high
speed to dent it in. a tree is not going to do it because it is to flat. i had an arb bumper on my land rover discovery for 7 years, and i would say the steel cbi uses is close to twice as thick. i got my rear bumper from them last year, and was so blown away by the quality, that i had to get a front one. there stuff is the real deal, c.b.i. stands for can't break it.
now, i am sure it could be broken, if you don't value your life.:D

i don't know if they will produce this bumper again, with this type of
design. i don't do crazy stuff with my truck, that is what my atv is for.
i did not want a winch, b/c i have only used the one on my atv 3 or
4 times. i wanted something on the front, something diffrent. all my offroading is done on family farms, and revolves around hunting. i know where, and where not to go with my truck. i don't butcher up paths, because it only makes them worse, and then i have to spend time and money to fix them. it is diffrent, when you own the property.

Man that looks nice! How much was it.

The CBI cutout looks like the thin metal in the letters, especially the B could break right off if though....not sure how it is in person.

To answer the question of why I thought that, I just looked at the design and saw a big hole there

lol, i will get some up tonight. there is always something to do outside of
tax season. i do corporations to, they have diffrent year ends, june, september, etc. i am a little slow right now. i get real busy again from
    october on.

i have the bracket on, will get the rest done tomorrow. have to baby sit the 2 year old today. it was either that or go with the father-in-law and work on the food plots. my wife volunteered, so i was not going to argue,
although, after 4 hours of cartoons, i might be second guessing myself.
seems like everytime i start, i have stop and do something else. this is a pretty big transformation over 2 weeks, and being my only car. i have to do a little bit and stop, so i can have something to get to work, daycare, do some more, stop, etc. basicly, going from stock, to icons, new ucas, rear, bumper, trim cab mounts, tires, and rims all at once. beleive me, no one wants to finnish more than me.:D

okay, i got it up there by myself. it almost killed me and my back
will be screwed for several days. i will have to loosen some bolts and adjust the spacing when i have some help. it is amazing what you can do by yourself with cam buckel straps. my goal was to get it up there, so the icons will settle, so i can put the 285's on by mid week.

Looks awesome. Just noticed the little fog lights mounted in there. How much does it weigh? Cost? I would definitely be looking into something like that for my truck.
