I think they literally meant Halo look as in the game, too.

Optional full-time 4wd is a cool consideration. Less cool that they would charge out the ass for it, but it's unsurprising.

Silly that it used to be free on the older 4R's (3rd and 4th gen), and now it's treated like some premium shit.

Wow, now they are cooking, they could make a new Tacoma TRD Carbon Edition with a “Premium Diamond Carbon Fiber” package that is a $19,990 upgrade that includes those two options, but both are optional for the package, so you have to find the 1 in 100 Tacoma with the Carbon Edition, then the 1 in 3 Carbon Edition Tacoma with the Premium Diamond Carbon Fiber upgrade package, and then they could limit every 2 to 3 of those made having the front-diff lock or torsen diff, by chance.

if you think about it, this is a WIN-WIN for Toyota, because all the people that know how to read a build sheet will purchase the edition with the options, and people who don’t read the build sheet will buy the versions without all the options, and then people who are clueless will buy the Carbon Edition and brag on FB & Instagram that they have a front locker, but they actually don’t, because they haven’t actually checked which blanks they have on their dashboard or not.

Now that I examine my screenshots, I think the hole in my pricing screenshots appeared after this. So the posted pricing may be about the rear torsion diff. I failed.

Disappointed these weren't part of the survey.

If you are referring to the front diff locker pricing, there were questions relating to it. I just screwed up taking screenshots of them. Probably the most interesting item and I failed. Story of my life. If anyone else gets this survey, please post pricing.

I haven't bought a Toyota truck in over a decade so it doesn't matter what I think and that's Ok. I'll still tell everyone what I want, a 4x4 SR Xtra cab with the exta 50 horses fog lights, I'll take the front and rear lockers and a real winch from the factory sure it can have more ground clearance but I don't want the big screen leather or powered seats snd no parking sensor I don't need the sway bar disconect either. The 4Runner headlight and a heritage grill with out the light bar the 4Runner headlights have stand a lone highbeams the light bar wouldn't be needed.

I had a 1981 HiLux and the frame rusted out on it. Based on that 40+ year old truck, I have no doubt that these new ones are rust buckets too.
