Congrats, OP. As far as the lift many will recommend staying at or under 3" due to driveline angles exceeding comfortable limits. Above 3" you would need a DB lift and those aren't always great.

He said, "what do you guys think about it?"

If he likes it, that really all that matters, but he asked.

Might as well go full chrome
I think older model year limited or sport model has chrome mesh grille that can go well with your setup

Then it's perfect! For what is worth, if you're going for an efficient truck that's easy to get in/out of and can cruise with the windows cracked in the rain then you nailed it.

    Why lift and regear though?

Very nice truck. Are you going to off road in it? If so ditch the running boards. If not then why spend the $$ on a lift and bigger tires?
And you know any time anyone asks what we think about their truck you are going to get a lot of shit.

Bud It doesnt bother me..just wanted to see what people think...oh im most definitely taking running boards off, when i decide to lift it...

I can have it professionally lifted and regeared at a 4x4 custom shop in Knoxville Tn for around $3,500..not including tires and wheels.

Trying to fight the urge to lift it......

Congrats on the new Tacoma. Did you make all the chrome changes or was it pre-owned?
    Enjoy it.

From experience I can tell you that a regear alone at a reputable shop like ECGS will run you $3000+
