It's not the cleanest welds I've ever seen and I'm not sure I understand where/how it will be mounted. But good on ya for trying something out.

I can't wait to see finished product!!

    Cool. Didn't need un-constructive criticism.

the welds arent the best cause im going to blend them in so i didnt put any effort in them and there are 3 mounting tabs in the front and 2 on the underside

O.K. let me re-approach this. The original poster asked what we thought and I just answered his question. Plain and Simple.

Could I have been less of a douche, sure I've been irritable all day I just got off a 12 hour overnight shift so it just came off in my posts. Personally since the original poster asked why I thought it looked bad, my answer is because the welds are average to below at best, and it looks as if the angles or measurements are off but that just might be the angle of the camera. Could also be because it's unfinished metal, who knows but overall it just look an amateur job. That is my opinion. But if he likes it than what does my opinion matter? That's the beauty of America gentleman.

i just took rought measurements off the factory plate. the right side leans out a little more than the left and when i put it in the brake i just winged it on the angles but it was just kind of slapped together it wasnt a well planned or anything and the welds look better than the picture shows but then next few i make will be better and i have some what of a print drawn up so now i have to put some pictures of a few of my welds on here scince everyone is hating on the welds
