    2 inches off my waist in one month of non drinking.... which is part of the reason i'm hesitant to start drinking again.... i'm getting close to my college weight again

    i drink light beer alot of hte time. still has roughly 100 calories per beer, and when you drink hundreds of beers a month it adds up. wine is more fattening than beer, its like drinking sugar water. liquor is ok unless you mix it. having 5 redbull's and vodka's is bad. even mixed with juice is alot of sugar. a shot of jameson by itself has around 60 calories... and thats the problem. it take so much for me to get drunk i take in on average 7000 extra calories PER WEEK when i drink on a regular basis and spend between 400 and 500 dollars PER MONTH on booze. those numbers do not include the 2am taxi rides to wendy's.
