Yes I haven't got the 255/85/16's, those are the 285 70 17's from my FJ. That stock one on the back looks like crap, can't wait to put a real tire on there!

They like the FJ, but the Lab has to ride in a crate, he likes the camper.

Got a confirmation from my pals in Austrailia that I will soon be the proud owner of a Hema GPS. I got to see one at the Overland Expo this year and they have to be one of the nicest design/programs that I've seen. It will be a pretty cool mod from down under! http://www.hemanavigator.com.au/

It will be loaded with the north American info and maps, the only thing is I have to get an adapter for the house charger 240 (Aussie) to 110(USA). other than that it's ready to go. I'll post when I recieve it.

^^^^ Just dump the exhaust over the rear axle. $20 bucks at a local exhaust shop, any other muffler and your problably sacraficing ponies.

Took the truck out today for testing, there is definitely going to be a locker. I'm real spoiled with the E-locker on the FJ. The extended travel Icons performed flawlessly!

I hope to hear a bit more input on that Icon front set up. Once I do my 4wd conversion I plan on going with it :).

Thanks for the kudos! the lights will be changed out to Baja Designs w/ amber covers, they make some pretty cool products from MTB lights, utility lights and race/off road lights. I run them on the FJ (La Paz and Fuego models in HID). http://www.bajadesigns.com/
I very fortunate to have two great cars, as I said in another thread I sold my 1986 SR5 long bed (250K w/ no major repairs) and the gal that bought it took it home and then drove it to central America and back! Goes to show the quality of these vehicles and how they last. Working on tires, fridge, roof rack, and camping gear. a lot of work to be done.....

    Just the basics
Did you do the light instal yourself or did you have a shop do it? I don't feel confident doing it myself.

I do most of the electrical myself. Look at a product by S-Pod, it's basically a wiring system that is seperate from the factory looms. It is top rate.
