My power mirror is only working one way on passenger side

Just got back from the car wash where my mirror was flipped outside, and I folded it back in. While driving home I could move the mirror out (to the right), but not back in. Messed with it when I got home and still can't get it to work inward. Drivers side mirror works perfectly. Anyone else had this issue before or have an idea?

 

never happened to me , i would wait until it dries out and try again, or maybe something got disconnected

 

Your mirrors adjustment is maxed out in one direction. Something in the wash moved the glass. Manually move the mirror somewhere near the middle. Left and right, up and down. Then fine tune it with the electric motor. I've had that happen before.
