1st mod for 2015, Extang Solid Fold Tonneau Cover (1/28)

I chose this primarily because of ease of use, easy install and removal, lightweight 50lbs only, very sturdy top.

    FB4020EA-5690-429E-B3DB-7ADB198E66D7_aacce99d6c687c84f2a8a1a7f68be9ba7bcb34ea.jpg

Made of aircraft-grade aluminum with a polypropylene core and a water-tight channel hinge system. The entire tonneau cover weighs just 50 lbs. and will withstand all climate conditions since it's made from a solid aluminum alloy.
Black textured powder coated aluminum is UV resistant and will not fade. Gives your Tacoma a classy look with the all black design and sits right on top of your truck bed rails for easy folding.

Spring clamps allow you to fasten and release the tonneau cover with the slide of your hand.
Easily clamp the tonneau cover down by sliding the latch underneath the bed rail for a secure fit.
The clamps store right into the rail when the tonneau cover is folded up and they're not in use.
The Unique hinges feature a channel system to keep water out and are consistent with the rest of the tonneau cover, made from the same durable aluminum alloy. Hinges are guaranteed not to wear out or crack due to folding and unfolding.
Comes completely assembled and installs in seconds with no tools required!

    Badged the Extang (2/8)
Also picked up a couple of grocery catcher baskets to prevent things from rolling around.

You may possibly have the coolest bed on TW. I love the mat, extender, carrier, and net. I would do that if I didn't have a cover. What did you do with that carrier btw?

I set it off to the side, thought about painting it flat black. Thats the beauty of the Extang, it comes off easy to install other carrier in the bed for different needs.

Since you made your own attachment for it, why not make it sit below level so that it can always be in your bed under the cover?
Also, what could you put in a shallow carrier/cargo net that wouldn't be better suited on the floor of the bed?

As a matter of fact that net is what i use the most. It holds little things and prevents goceries from rolling around. I also store my other cargo nets in there.
