I'm too lazy to read most of the replies, therefore I'll continue believing no one addressed it until it gets quoted.

While this is an educated post, to a customer its just excuses.

Thats cool relentless has made so many fans here on TW willing to defend what seems like poor customer service and communication issues. Just hope he deals with this guys dissatisfaction so his business continues to maintain a good rep and continues to grow. Everything I've seen from Relentless looks great other than this specimen. Hopefully this will get resolved offline.

I don't speak for Eric or Relentless Fab and my post wasn't a rebuttal. In my opinion nothing in the text of my reply should lead one to believe either of those things, but I guess one might look at my sig and assume (though you'll notice other members here advertising for other companies as well). My post was not an attempt to make an excuse, and I just wanted to inform the OP of the situation, as I was unsure he was aware. I was also curious whether or not he had made his displeasure known to Eric.

I guess others made this clear but I wanted to reaffirm what they had said.

I do appreciate the apology though.

    This...

Again, I misunderstood and apologize...I have mostly been on forums for vehicles that have less aftermarket support (Pathfinders, Gen 5 Accords, ML Class) and made a mistake by assuming anythign...

As you stated, I am curious to see how Relentless will appease the customer...

To be honest guys I'm not really looking for anything from relentless. I have my bumper and he got paid. I just wanted to share my experience since it seemed different from what others have had.

Front Aluminum bumper by Relentless Fab. Smittybuilt Winch Complete set of skids by ATO TC UCA's Fox Ext. Travel Front Reservoirs.
It sounds like your bumper is tweaked exactly the way mine is, as I said earlier maybe it's an aluminum thing I don't know, But, you will probably find that just stacking washers on one side will not fix it, because even at the max amount of washers on the drivers side, it will still not be enough to get that side down low enough to clear the fender when your truck is flexed out.

I had to enlarge the mounting holes a bit to give it some wiggle room and make the slot a little longer. Then it takes two people to do all this because you are in essence going to be be trying to "untweek" the bumper. Without two people you will just be moving it back and forth on each side, one side goes up the other goes down, you need to get one side adjusted then get somebody on the other side to pull down like hell then tighten the mounting bolts.

Thats what I had to do anyway, hope my little description helps. I never said anything about this problem to Eric assuming I just have bad luck but considering your problem perhaps I should have as maybe there is something in the fab/design process which needs to be corrected, so I apologize, I just figured I was an anomaly.

    Good luck.

Hey guys I had a similar experience. I ordered rock sliders and the time period took a long time but I didn't mind. I was super excited when I got. Now when I went to put them on thats a different story. I put the sliders up to the frame and the two mounts in the middle didn't match up to the frame. I called eric and he said its normal. It's like the mounts are off about a half inch. I think what happened is during the fabrication and welding part if it the metal warped. So I'm trying to figure out what I'm gonna do. The other issue with the sliders is there are cracks on the guests. I'll take pics and post them. Not sure what I'm gonna do now.

I was going to buy a bumper from eric but after this experience I reconsidered. I did buy a rear bumper from KR and the thing is awesome! I recommend Kenny from KR

So I took the bumper off and tried different washer variations. No luck.

Yea, just washers wont fix it. I was looking at mine and in addition to what I described above I had to put washers on some of the forward facing studs as well to sort of pry it out. It takes a bit of work and two people to get it even close.
