    You may not have to regear with a supercharger... While I'm on 32's, I still have stock 4.10 gearing. Never thought once of regearing.

    EDIT: 4.10 was on my 1st gen. 2nd gen V6 is 3.73.

    Stock gearing is 3:73. AFAIK

    I didn't feel like I needed gears with 32's either but the rig was a lot lighter then and skinnier tire, considered it at 33's but there wasn't much I needed gears for in flat Florida, but now with 34's and the WEIGHT (which is the real killer) after going off road for real with my stock gears 34's and all the weight I had no low speed control or low end torque it was awful couldn't crawl and to do obstacles I had to have wheel speed which is when you start breaking things.


    Around flat town with stock gears M/T and 34's weighing in at 5200lbs it's still totally liveable, but Off-road is a slug fest way more difficult than it should be doubly so with the 6 speed.

    If anyone is interested I will be selling my factory mechanical lsd rear diff carrier soon, I wish I could use it but I had to give it up through ecgs, they said they didnt want it so I'm going to sell it, thinking 200$ plus shipping

    I have 4.10s in my second gen with 285s. Worked great in TN but since the mountains are larger and my truck has become heavier in CO, I wish I had 4.56 sometimes.

    Climbing in the right lane 60mph @ 3000rpms in 4th gear

    Flat ground feels like stock

    So nice being able to set cruise control without trans downshifting to keep up with the 2mph drop from the delay of hitting the button and cruise engaging.

    Mine does not. It stays in the gear and just goes. Even some steep overpasses it just gives more throttle and never kicks down.

    Wont be terrible. 70mph should be around 2600 rpm. Will be peppy for sure. My 34s are a strong 33 basically

    Dropping a SC in soon and then next shall be the 4.88’s. Thanks for the feedback on this. Good to hear the rpms aren’t crazy, but the weight probably has a decent amount to do with it. Hopefully after the gears I can Thanos in the garden and rest... maybe.

    Shit I wish I was on your level. Your truck looks great, kudos. Weight is the main factor. Yes I have more pep and my tanny is happier but its still a slow heavy truck. Boost would be awesome and I would drop the money tonight if my truck didnt have 220k on it now.
