DAMN! Never seen a totally rhino'd Taco before. Seen a superduty and a dodge 1ton that were done that way though. Looks alright, especially if you're just gonna beat it around in the woods. Hey- the rear bumper is still chrome?

Gjbonner, thanks for the beer man! Like I said, to each their own. All that matters is that YOU love your truck, and suprisingly to me others also love your truck! That's great man. Seriously. You have an awesome mentality about your rig...you want to eventually morph it into a serious trail rig, and your dedicated to it for life and therefore have the ability to see it in a much different light than those on the forum who worry about resale values and what others think.

Here's that toast I owe ya:

:rant:So my lift was supposed to be done yesterday and on my way down to the shop to pick it up they call me and say that the pressed seal for the front diff was damaged. "I cant tell if it was us or not but i think maybe my guy nicked it when taking it out" !!! :frusty:ok, really now. i started getting pissed and he said he was paying for everything. No shit! I was so pissed. he cant get the part till monday. the lift is done he just has to put it back together the rest of the way. I was so looking forward to driving that thing...now i have been sulking :pout:and still have another full day to go tomorrow. just my luck though, im sure its deserved for my pride... I love that damn truck:burnrubber:

This thing is bad ass. I laugh every time I come back to this build, but not in a mocking way. I laugh more in a "Holy shit! Someone took a dream of mine and made it real!" kind of way.

I hate you, I hope you know that. DEEP down inside I purely hate you because this is what I have been wanting to do to my truck. I am so friggen jealous it isnt even funny. So it looks like it has faded since you first got it, has it faded a lot or is it just the lighting. That thing is so sweet. God I am jealous.

I will say it has faded a little but it has been a year and it seems like what it is now is what it will be. The lighting is a lot of the problem too. I tried to do a little better this time.

Here are the newest pics since the 6" lift was installed as well as tires and wheels and blacked out badges and blacked out bumper. Hope you all like and if not.... well i love it:yay:

And there it is...It will probably be this way for a while but i cant blame the wifey for trying to shut me down on Tacoma Mods for the time being hahaha. I not sure where i'll go from here...Bushwhacker fender flares, Bumpers, winch, Belly plates, etc.... This should keep me happy for a while though:D It turned out just how i imagined it. I told the wife in case of divorce she gets everything and i get the truck. if not i'll drive the Fu@#er off a cliff before she takes it form me!:burnrubber:
