Dude wow that is awesome. How does it do with the salt and stuff on the roads? Does it turn white where the salt is? I really want to do this but truck is still to new to do that. Your truck is SICK. Way to rep for the Northwest guys.

 Want to see the bumper and winch. Then it will look like it should a TANK.

Hey thanks. yeah you can see little bit of white running down its side but not from the roads at all. it is more from the dew in the morning down here. you can see where it runs down the side but it is nothing drastic. it rubs out or washes off. I'm down here in Oceanside Ca in the Corps but will be back up there in Ocotber for good. I've noticed back home that there is a little bit of white from the salt on the roads but it is only on the bottome trim of the truck and wouldnt be any different than the dirt and grime that gets on the normal paint job.

Oh and they are never TOO new :) I did it to mine when it was just a year old!

Hahaha yeah all i know is it was worth it for ME. Maybe not for anyone else but i love it.

Just drove up to Hemet yesterday and picked up my allpro bumper. gonna install the winch and bumper this weekend. was looking for some help but i guess I'm going to have to figure out how to tackle it myself. We'll see how it goes...I'm pretty determined:)

ok so here is the bumper and winch finally installed :)
but first i forgot to post my CB mount so that will come first.

    Quick pic of shifter (25mm)

The CB actually stays intact and doesnt really move around. when i move the seat forward and backwards it moves but does not scuff anything and i find that it is actually well positioned for use.

I ran it under the console and the under the carpet to the sides by where the seat belt actually mounts to the floor. when you pull out the panel on the side to access the seat belt anchor area you will find that plastic floor plate has been sealed in with that foam crap and is impossible to pull out so i drilled a hole to access these holes in the back of the cab. this one is the drivers side, rear of the cab. i know i need to seal it up sith some silicone.

    l_a26280efbcf6464fb54842648f30d494_988560432822f789d5ffd3d5134630e74ebf3df6.png

i basically ran it up to the edge of the bed and drilled a hole to run it through. then i had to take off the side panels to mount the mounts and ground the antenna. i know i still need to put a rubber seal in there to make it look nice. been a little lazy. i dont have the antennas up when not in use. the are stowed under the seats.

    l_e1a2a0d3164c4bc3b6c774216eec4ca5_3386e5bad6634b08d921456520525323064e2c1f.png

anyways that is how i have my setup and it has turned out qutie nice. I only did it because i just could be happy with any place that it was possible to mount so when i ran the cable under the console i noticed it sat nicely in that spot so thats where it stayed.

    Now for the bumper...

Got my new plates finally so i will have Idaho plates for you at the Santee meet Derek.

I'll posts some pics of the winch with the grill off tomorrow. it's a Warn 9.5ti. I will say a lot more things had to be removed and modified than what the directions said for the install! holy crap was that a learning process:D all i can say is that i love this truck and cant wait for BeefedTaco to get my sliders done! then its onward towards skids, rea bumper and new gears...but need a little cooling down time for the wifey before i venture into those endeavors:cool:
