    thx. I'm kicking myself in the ass for not taking more time. little things here and there i've noticed. overall i'm proud of myself having never touched fiberglass or bondo. I'm going to try and have it finished by tonight. I'm waiting on some epoxy to dry so i can mount my ghetto fab grill on.

    Wow that's not bad at all, I saw on another thread someone said they had $200 in materials, I guess that's what happens when you buy a pre-made gril for the back?
    What kind of grill material did you use?

    I ordered 1/4inch perfurated aluminum from a website that sells it in sheets. Paul said in a PM he used something he found from Lowes, cut to the right size..I think it was mesh.

    BTW i just went outside to check my clear coat. A fucking trash wrapper blew up and stuck to it. Anybody know how to fix that?

    mine is a "work in progress" still.

    wait till the clear dries and wet-sand with 1200 grit...it should shine back up.

    hobby stores...Tamiya brand has up to 1800 grit sand paper if I remember correctly.

    fantastic...hobby store is across town....o well. I think i'm just going to mount it as is for now to finish the write up and go back to it and make it 1000% perfect when i get back in town.
