I have a 1996 Taco reg. cab with bench seats, what a pain it the butt these seats are. The seats are not very comfortable I can’t drive far without discomfort. Does anyone have any ideas to improve the seats, or maybe even replace them with some other model from other truck/car? Please shoot out some ideas

    Thanks

We have a '96 Camry that had a similar problem. We took the car to a car upholsterer and had the driver's side seat rebuilt. Cost about $150.

Of course, the car has buckets and the seating angles are much more adjustable then what you have. But it was well worth the expense imo

Chevy S10 buckets can fit if you rig up the mounting bracket right. I'm partial to the later model buckets. Like sitting in a cloud to me. I would personally love a set of Bride seat or something similar if I had the extra cash.
