    Silas, I have about 1-1/2" left from what I could flex on. Granted the slab is about 31" tall.

    I also moved my shackle hangers about 1" forward from stock for the droop.

    Going to be 4.88s front and back. Front had 4.88Ts (thick cut) and welded spiders. I cut the spider gears out and tried using the stock Tacoma 8.4 spiders since I put a lock-right in the rear. But the Tacoma gears were slightly bigger.

    Mostly together. Just waiting on a flat pitman arm due to steering issues with the stock arm at full compression.

    Was able to drive my truck out of the garage for the first time since it went in on 3/11 Monday morning.
    Updated First post. No SAS porn yet. Got the pics on my big camera.

    My truck went in the garage 4wd and came out 2wd. Wtf?! :laughing:
    Need to regear and make the driveshaft.
