Had my 96 Taco on a lift today. Lots of surface rust but no holes. Hit all the frame and cross members with a hammer. Not perfect but its still solid. Going to investigate cleaning and treating the frame. 245,000 miles on her now. I can get a couple more years out of the old girl.:amen::turtleride::woot:

Check out RustCure 3000 at www.corrosionfree.com, a lot of people recommend FluidFilm as well.
I had my frame replaced last year and I just got 5 aerosol cans of RustCure3000 and just sprayed inside the boxed frame through every hole.
I plan on getting the exterior of the frame coated in a rubberized undercoating as well.
