My Taco Needs a Name

    Greetings and blessings, TacomaWorld!

    I'm Neil. I just bought my first Tacoma, a 2010 PreRunner crew cab. I love it so far, and I'm amazed by everyone's enthusiasm and the number of aftermarket products available.

    I usually give my big-ticket items names so that I will treat them as well as I try to treat people. My motorcycle was named Ferris; my electric guitar is named Huck. I need a good name for this Tacoma. Any suggestions?

    My first mods will be to replace the now-crazed headlights, to add a BedRug in the back, and to install a locking tailgate handle. I'm reading the threads here and learning a lot! Thanks for all your combined knowledge. I'm happy to be a part of this community.

    Have you looked at headlight restore kits instead of replacing?

    Suggest the Sylvania Headlight Restore kit from Amazon.....cost about $20. It will take about 1 hour to complete the process.

    The truck will have female tendencies regarding consumption of $$$ for aftermarket doodads. Ivy would be a proper female name.
