    Ok i got a question for everybody how hard is it to swap my engine from a 2.7 4 cyld to a 3.4 V6? and is there a conversion kit made for the tranny hook up? I want more power LOL

    You have plenty of power. Regear. 2.7l is completly worthless unless regeared. I'd suggest 5:13's or lower.. I'm unfamilar with gears on the tacos, since I have ford axles :D

    Regear; 5.29s are a good choice as I run those on my 85 toy with 37s. If that still doesn't do it for ya, get a alpine supercharger from LC Engineering...it will be cheaper than a 3.4l swap, alot fewer headaches, and get more power depending on boost.

    how bad will lower gears affect my gas milage and you have any idea on how much a super charger costs???

    Gears will improve your MPG... You're engine is trying way to hard to accelerate and maintain speed right now.. If you regear most lost power and MPG will be regained.

    Ok sounds like thats a good option the only problem is the only gear i dont have plenty of power in is 5th!!
