This morning my girlfriend comes to me with the story that the car started from itself. Engine was really running, lights where on. So it wasn't just the starter.
So far I know we don't have a autostarter that could go on to charge the battery. Someone has a clue what freaking thing is going on here? Specially sucks since we yesterday decided to sell the car.

Yes it was off. My girlfriend was sitting outside when she heard it start. First she thought someone was in it. But this wasn't the case. So it completely started from itself...

Does it have an aftermarket remote start. The frequency could be the same as someone nearby or same as another remote.

 Will consider that. But still want to be sure it wasn't the car. She was on the phone with someone and she heard it running as well. To put the car out she did the keys into the ignition and had to start the car then it shut down.If she tried to regular turn it off it kept running. Right now I'am trying to get all the details out of her. But I all went so quick.

Some of the folks I work with have Chevy 1500s as company cars...like 15 or so in the fleet. They are sequential VINs, identical orders.
Some of the guys were reporting the same problem...come out of a customers and their truck is running, keys in their pocket. Turns out GM mistakenly installed auto starters on about a third of them, activated by some button sequence on the key fob.
Maybe you have an auto starter you're not aware of? If not, drug test for her and baptize the truck in mud.

When she shut the truck off did it trust shut off. Bad ignition switch may have kept it running. But to start on its own. Did the truck stay running or were you able to shut it off.

Oke to be clear we just bought the car, so don't know all the details yet. I thought I didn't have one but if I look at the remote it looks like it does.

Looks like it has auto start. She may have pushed the sequence.

I have seen a Ford F-150 (work truck) TRY to start itself. It went dead one night on the flightline and as soon as we hooked up jumper cables and I turned the key to the on position (not started yet) it tried to start itself. I could hear the starter going for about 30 seconds after removing the key from the ignition. Along with this it was making a bunch of noise in the relay box and behind the guage cluster. That truck has some weird electrical gremlins. So while not exactly like the OP, just trying to show that he or his wife aren't necessarily crazy.

You recently purchased this truck somewhere in South America, correct? You and your lady are on an adventure down there, if I remember correctly.

This truck could have any number of issues you wouldn't know about. It's even possible the previous owner installed a remote start, kept the fob, and was planning to steal the truck, not realizing your girlfriend was paying attention.

That's just my paranoid brain working.
