    Yes, the outlet provides 400W when idling, and 100W when you put it in gear.

    For the attachment, no zip ties! I just used my 4 rail clamps and did a turn around them. It's better this way IMO because I can remove very quickly the rear part to load stuff (like right now I have my winter tires in there)
