    Hey ! Another New England guy to the forum..... actually, I've been gleaning information here for years, thank you very much !

    My first Toyota PU was a new silver access cab in '93. 4X4, 4 Cyl with a stick. It did it all trouble free for 10 years and almost 200K on the clock. Plowed, towed, and worked hard all around.

    2nd up in '03 was another new silver access cab, 4X4, 4 cyl and a stick.
    Why mess with success ?

    I kept that for 3 years and in '06 got.... what else ?? Another silver access cab but this time a TRD Sport with a a 6 cyl. and an AT. Coming up on 160K, plows, pulls and recreates better than it should, all without a squeak or whimper. Seat covers, and them big Ol' Weatherguard mats since new, it really looks great ! I do take good care of my stuff if I say so myself....

    Tried like hell last month to buy a '15, (yep, even found another access cab in silver) but I guess I'm worth more alive than dead to the dealer as he found I needed a new frame more than a new truck.... so guess I got to stay in the game a bit longer and am in line looking at next Spring late or early Summer for the replacement.

    Dayem ! I had to correct myself 4X in just my first outing !

    Guess if you really want to get stuffy about it I don't think they made Tacoma's in '93 either..... :wave:

    I had to shut off the computer last night around midnight to keep myself from spending about a grand on cool stuff I really don't "need" !
