    Spring time is definitely the best time. Like March - May. When I sold my house I put it on the market in May and had it sold in 10 days. Plus I didn’t have to move in snow

    Keep your heads up man! I looked for a few months at garbage (the best available garbage) before the one that I ended up buying hit the market. All it takes is that one person in a great house to finally hit post on the MLS listing. It'll all work out.
