    This. And add toilet paper to toilet if they have it out. In Vegas people were putting concrete down toilets before they foreclosed. Toilets would still flush. But after going number 2 with TP the lines would clog up..

    You need a new real estate agent. I've seen documentaries of agents that are quite helpful in testing out showers.

    This is still not enough to make sure the integrity of the pipe is in tact. The seller may have had it recently routed out...a camera inspection of the pipe really should be done on all homes. Ask me how I know o_O. New pipe, new floors, and painting is a big hit.
